It is reported that the LED and semiconductor advanced packaging project will be constructed by Dongguan Tianyou Semiconductor Co., Ltd. in three phases within 5 years. The first phase is planned to invest about 500 million yuan. It is planned to lease standard factory buildings in the Artificial Intelligence Industrial Park of Anyuan Industrial Park. About 25,000 square meters, more than 200 production lines will be built, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation at the end of September this year.
